Governing Under the Influence is a feature length (one hour) documentary that examines the history and impact of campaign financing in our government and offers examples of how significant change can be achieved through the public financing of elections. The movie shows the high price we pay for our "privately financed" elections in the form of tax breaks for oil companies, no-bid cost plus contracts with military contractors, and our dangerously inefficient health care system.
